Delivery and Payment
Orders within Ukraine are delivered using a convenient delivery service. Courier delivery in Kharkiv may also be available.
Orders may be sent by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
Delivery charges are paid by the recipient according to the carrier's applicable rates. Product packaging is free of charge.

Delivery region:
Bank transfer is available. After you place an order, a manager will contact you to confirm the order details and provide payment information for Visa/Mastercard payment.
Payment should be made only after the sales manager has confirmed product availability, delivery times and any other order details.
Payment can be made to the specified bank account from a Ukrainian bank, through online banking, a self-service terminal or an ATM.
Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta may also be available subject to a UAH 100 prepayment. Any money-transfer fee is paid by the buyer.
