Product Return

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements. You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  1. The item remains in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear or use;
  2. The original packaging is intact and all labels and tags are retained.

Returns procedure

  1. Make sure the item meets the return or exchange conditions above.
  2. Send the item to the designated returns address. The returns address is shown in the documents supplied with your order, including the Nova Poshta shipping documentation. Sending a return or exchange to another address may significantly delay processing.
  3. Refunds are processed within 3 banking days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  4. Return or exchange delivery costs are paid by the customer.
